Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for generative AI models
- Lead cross-functional research teams in developing quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Publish 2-3 peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier AI conferences
- Prototype and validate AI solutions using proprietary quantum computing hardware
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize research breakthroughs
- Mentor junior researchers and present findings to executive stakeholders
- Secure competitive research grants and partnerships with leading universities
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
- 3+ years of industry experience in AI research with publication record
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra and probability theory
- Proven ability to translate complex research into practical applications
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or NISQ devices preferred
- Track record of securing external research funding
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
