Qualifications
- PhD in AI/Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years in research leadership
- Published work in Nature/Science on neural network optimization
- Expertise in federated learning and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Experience building systems with >100M parameter models
- Deep understanding of AI ethics per EU AI Act and NIST frameworks
- Track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (patents preferred)
