As an AI Ethics Strategist, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to embed ethical principles into product lifecycles, conduct bias audits, and shape industry standards. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and generative models
- Lead bias audits across machine learning pipelines using statistical analysis tools
- Design stakeholder engagement protocols for ethical AI deployment
- Conduct horizon scanning on emerging regulatory requirements (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Create ethics-by-design blueprints for next-gen AI products
- Present ethical risk assessments to executive leadership and engineering teams
- Mentor junior researchers on responsible AI methodologies
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with AI specialization
- 5+ years implementing ethical AI frameworks in tech environments
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in stakeholder communication and policy development
- Proficiency in Python for bias analysis and ethics auditing
- Published work on AI ethics or responsible innovation
