- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Computer Science with AI focus
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible technology development
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large-scale neural networks
- Strong background in quantum computing ethics and explainability
- Published work on AI-human value alignment frameworks
- Experience with regulatory bodies (NIST, IEEE) on AI standards
- Proficiency in Python and causal inference modeling tools
