Responsibilities
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for quantum-AI hybrid systems and brain-computer interfaces
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic bias in autonomous decision-making platforms
- Design corporate policies for responsible deployment of generative AI in regulated industries
- Partner with legal teams to navigate evolving international AI ethics legislation
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI development practices using our proprietary 'Futura Compass' toolkit
- Present ethical impact assessments to C-suite executives and regulatory bodies
- Lead industry-wide consortiums establishing best practices for 2026 AI deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, AI Policy, or related field with 5+ years applied ethics experience
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI governance frameworks
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI systems in regulated industries (healthcare/finance preferred)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable engineering guidelines
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies or presenting to regulatory commissions
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or technology policy
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with MLOps pipelines for ethical impact assessment
