Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI bias, fairness, and transparency across product lines
- Develop industry-leading AI ethics standards and compliance protocols
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical considerations throughout the development lifecycle
- Represent the company at global AI ethics forums and policy summits
- Mentor junior ethics specialists and build the organization's AI ethics competency
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and quantum computing integration
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance roles
- Expertise in frameworks like EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and IEEE Ethically Aligned Design
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Experience with regulatory bodies (FTC, EASA, or similar)
- Strong background in machine learning fundamentals and system architecture
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethics concepts to technical teams
- Proven track record influencing product design with ethical considerations
