Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrable impact on future-shaping projects
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year vision cycles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Deep understanding of ethical tech governance frameworks
