Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision framework, identifying disruptive trends across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional strategy sprints with engineering, product, and design teams to roadmap 3-year innovation pipelines
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness, measuring adoption rates of emerging technologies in enterprise ecosystems
- Present foresight reports to C-suite executives and board members, translating complex futures into actionable plans
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers to validate strategic hypotheses
- Drive scenario planning for geopolitical, economic, and technological black swan events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight (e.g., CFM) or Innovation Strategy preferred
