Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision and implementation milestones
- Integrate cutting-edge technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into long-term business frameworks
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Design human-centric transition strategies for workforce and customer experience evolution
- Present findings to executive leadership and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-geographic teams and complex stakeholder alignment
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP, CFP) preferred
