As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global partners to shape our 2026-2030 technology roadmap. You'll leverage predictive analytics, scenario planning, and market intelligence to anticipate paradigm shifts in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across enterprise divisions
- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and academic research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Present futuristic scenarios to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for transformational initiatives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of academic, startup, and industry partnerships
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech forums
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in predictive modeling tools
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's tech innovation ecosystem
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry publications
