- Build and mentor a world-class innovation lab team of 12+ specialists
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling impact projections
- Author industry-defining thought leadership on post-2025 tech paradigms
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech accelerators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products (3+ examples)
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, and carbon-negative tech
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets and managing P&L for innovation units
- Published author in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with >80% accuracy
