Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology foresight strategy for 2026-2030
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and translate insights into actionable roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Present future technology scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- QuantumLeap's proprietary 'Horizon Scanning' framework and methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Experience building and managing high-impact innovation pipelines
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, S-curves)
