Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology foresight frameworks for 2026+ digital ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with AI, quantum computing, and biotech teams
- Produce annual Tech Horizon Reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Partner with C-suite to align R&D investments with future market disruptors
- Curate executive briefings on exponential tech trends and paradigm shifts
- Establish industry thought leadership via whitepapers and conference keynotes
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for prototype development and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurist/foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating emerging tech into commercial value
- Expertise in at least three exponential tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Executive presence with board-level communication skills
- MSc/MBA from Tier 1 institution or equivalent experience
- Published author in technology futurism or peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Impact Assessment
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives generating >$10M revenue
