Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026+ initiatives across AI, blockchain, and biotech sectors
- Develop and prototype next-gen solutions with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and mentor a cross-functional team of researchers and engineers
- Drive innovation through competitive analysis and patent strategy development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused tech products
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
