Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology roadmap including AI integration, quantum computing applications, and immersive AR/VR ecosystems
- Research and analyze emerging technology trends to identify disruptive opportunities for competitive advantage
- Develop comprehensive scenarios for technological adoption across industries with impact assessments
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical capabilities with business objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or spatial computing
- Proven track record of developing and implementing technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystem (patents, publications, or conference speaking a plus)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or thought leadership
