Qualifications

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong publication record in tech innovation or future studies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
