Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AR/VR 2.0)
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive R&D partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global innovation labs
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Mentor a team of 5-7 innovation specialists
- Author quarterly technology trend briefs for industry publications
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products/services
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI ethics, quantum algorithms, bio-integrated systems)
- Published author or keynote speaker at Web Summit, CES, or similar forums
- Strong network connections with venture capital and academic institutions
- Experience scaling tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
