Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and develop implementation roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven track record of innovation
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web3 infrastructure)
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent futurism methodology training
- Experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Presentation skills for communicating complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders
