Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Lead client workshops on emerging tech adoption strategies for 2026 market readiness
- Produce quarterly trend briefings on nanotechnology, biotech convergence, and space tech
- Manage a $5M R&D portfolio for experimental tech incubation
- Partner with C-suite executives to future-proof enterprise digital transformation
- Present at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, TechCrunch Disrupt)
- Mentor a team of 15 futurist researchers and data scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy consulting or R&D leadership
- Published research on quantum computing or AI governance
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to unicorn status
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Google Quantum AI, MIT Future Tech)
- Experience with DARPA or NASA technology innovation programs
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech foresight projects
