Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and translate insights into actionable business strategies
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and autonomous system integration
- Present futuristic technology blueprints to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or generative AI
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or exponential technologies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or similar future-tech frameworks
