Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Forecast market disruptions and patent innovations with 3-5 year horizons
- Partner with VCs to incubate startups solving 2026's grand challenges
- Present future-vision keynotes at global tech summits
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural tech
- Drive R&D investments toward 2026 breakthrough capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- PhD or equivalent in CS, Physics, or Futurology preferred
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Experience scaling teams from 0 to 100+ innovators
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of exponential technologies
- Portfolio of 2026-relevant patents or breakthrough products
