As a thought leader, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm shifts in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable infrastructure. Your insights will directly shape multi-billion-dollar investment decisions and product lifecycles.
Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to anticipate technological and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize emerging trends into actionable strategic initiatives
- Produce scenario analysis reports for C-suite on disruptive forces in target industries
- Establish KPIs for tracking emerging technology adoption curves and market readiness
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and innovation summits
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and data scientists
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify 2026-relevant investment opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial strategies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, climate tech, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight platforms (e.g., Foresight Platform, Scenario360)
