- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Partner with C-suite to align corporate strategy with future-proof initiatives
- Author thought leadership on sustainable tech and ethical innovation
- Mentor future-focused talent in our incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or emerging tech
- Proven track record in AI/ML, blockchain, or climate tech innovation
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional tech initiatives at scale
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
