Qualifications

- Proven track record of implementing long-term vision frameworks
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or sustainability megatrends
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio of published trend analysis or scenario planning work
