Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Integrate AI and machine learning tools into predictive analytics for trend identification
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs to track breakthrough developments
- Translate complex future insights into actionable business strategies and roadmaps
- Mentor junior analysts in advanced foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Proficiency with AI-driven analytics tools and data visualization platforms
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or future trends
- Experience translating foresight into executive-level strategic recommendations
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution)
