As the steward of our long-term vision, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to identify paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and sustainable infrastructure. Your insights will drive R&D investments, market expansion strategies, and innovation incubation programs across our global ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing adoption
- Architect cross-functional innovation labs for next-gen human-AI collaboration
- Present foresight findings to board members and investors quarterly
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across all business units
- Author annual 'Future State' whitepapers for industry thought leadership
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend extrapolation methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Experience presenting to executive boards and C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS) preferred
