- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable initiatives
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic insights into development pipelines
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Establish KPIs to track innovation maturity and ROI of futuristic initiatives
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of executing long-term tech roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong background in AI, quantum computing, or climate tech domains
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global markets
- MBA or advanced degree in strategic foresight, business, or engineering
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
