Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and social trends to identify disruptive forces through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Produce thought leadership reports and predictive models for industry adoption
- Establish partnerships with innovation labs, academic institutions, and R&D centers
- Advise C-suite on emerging technology implications for business transformation
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory developments impacting future markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex insights into executive strategies
- Published research or speaking engagements at global innovation forums
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight implementations
