Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment

- Architect quantum-resistant cryptographic systems protecting critical infrastructure
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging technologies like topological qubits

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum systems with demonstrated fault-tolerance achievements
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum architecture
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
