Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error-correction frameworks for 2026-era hardware
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing solutions
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum processors with >1000 qubit capabilities
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate quantum acceleration into neural networks
- Research and implement novel quantum communication protocols for secure data transfer
- Develop roadmap for quantum advantage in cryptography and optimization domains
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and topological quantum computing
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum architectures
- Proficiency with Q#, Qiskit, or other quantum programming frameworks
- Experience with superconducting qubit platforms and cryogenic systems
