Responsibilities
- Architect and execute quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for next-gen computational systems
- Lead 15-person research team in developing fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on quantum-neural network integration
- Secure $5M+ in research grants from NSF and DARPA initiatives
- Develop ethical frameworks for quantum-AI deployment in critical infrastructure
- Publish findings in Nature Physics and IEEE Quantum journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Theoretical Physics with 8+ years R&D experience
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum error correction protocols
- Proven track record of securing $3M+ in government research funding
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ-era limitations
- Experience leading multinational research teams across 3+ time zones
