Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop evidence-based innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate strategic workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to build consensus on future scenarios
- Author thought leadership reports and executive briefings on emerging paradigms
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into development lifecycles
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Represent the organization at global forums on technology and societal transformation
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record developing scenario planning frameworks for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, decentralized systems)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or relevant technical field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication abilities
- Experience with futures simulation tools and trend analysis platforms
- Demonstrated ability to translate abstract concepts into executable business strategies
