Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Analyze market trends to identify $1B+ opportunity spaces
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with VCs to scout and integrate cutting-edge startups
- Drive R&D budget allocation for moonshot projects
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling ventures to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Portfolio of launched products with measurable market impact
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience with agile and lean innovation methodologies
