- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design scalable frameworks for sustainable technology implementation and ROI optimization
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with 18-month commercialization horizons
- Mentor junior innovation specialists and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation or technology strategy roles
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with 5+ year impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and market disruption patterns
