Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and company vision
- Lead strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Present innovation frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget and oversee cross-functional project teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate technological disruptions
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Foresight preferred
