- Advolve C-suite on sustainable innovation strategies
- Monitor horizon scanning signals from academic and startup ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology consulting or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven ability to translate foresight into executable business strategy
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
