- Build and mentor high-performance innovation teams across technical and business domains
- Present visionary proposals to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Drive implementation of pilot projects with measurable ROI targets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic planning with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of launching transformative products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, IoT)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management
- PhD or Master's degree in relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business)
- Certifications in innovation management or strategic foresight preferred
