Responsibilities
- Architect and roadmap 2026-era solutions integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen products in agile sprints
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 market potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives
- Drive innovation through hackathons, design thinking workshops, and rapid prototyping

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with proven track record of shipping futuristic products
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong background in product lifecycle management for high-ambition projects
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices for rapid iteration
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to articulate 2026 technology landscapes
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ projects with 5+ year vision implementation
