Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions for market readiness
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation adoption and ROI for futuristic initiatives
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-thinking across organizational DNA
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with 5+ years in foresight/futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching industry-disruptive technology initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: generative AI, quantum applications, synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Technology, Innovation Management, or Futurism
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience securing multi-million innovation budgets with measurable ROI
