Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI ethics, quantum computing integration, and climate-positive innovation
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and futurists to prototype next-gen solutions
- Identify emerging tech trends (neurointerfaces, synthetic biology, space tech) and translate opportunities into commercial blueprints
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics in 2026 use cases
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government future-tech initiatives
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive R&D investments in sustainable tech and circular economy innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in future-tech strategy or innovation roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year market vision
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published work on AI ethics, climate tech, or decentralized systems
- Experience securing $5M+ in future-tech R&D funding
- Deep familiarity with ISO 20890 (Technology Roadmapping) standards
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex future concepts
