Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops translating foresight insights into actionable initiatives
- Author visionary thought leadership pieces for executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and innovation pioneers
- Quantify future market opportunities through scenario modeling and risk assessment
- Advise C-suite on long-term strategic pivots and emerging competitive threats
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic modeling tools
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability
- Portfolio of published future-oriented analyses or thought leadership pieces
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent training
