- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate futurist insights into corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-focused solutions
- Author thought leadership reports on long-term industry transformations
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-readiness across organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
