Responsibilities
- Develop and publish quarterly 2026 trend reports covering AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients to capitalize on 2026 market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Monitor and analyze emerging technologies through our proprietary Horizon Scanning System
- Present findings to executive boards and industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
- Contribute to the 2026 Global Innovation Index research framework
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Proficiency in AI-driven analytics tools (e.g., GPT-4, predictive modeling platforms)
- Experience with cross-industry trend forecasting (tech, healthcare, energy)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
