- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design adaptive business models resilient to 2026 market volatility
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and curate an internal foresight knowledge base
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or R&D with future-focused deliverables
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable insights
