Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging trends in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Present future scenario forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) on future-focused topics
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies (quantum applications, neural interfaces)
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, technology forecasting, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, climate tech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
