Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Architect innovation roadmaps for AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Produce scenario-based strategic models for market disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic initiatives' impact on 2026 business outcomes
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into product development pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFrA) strongly preferred
- Experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of global megatrends and their industry implications
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic implementations
