- Develop scenario roadmaps for 2026-2030 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype future-critical solutions
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications in top-tier tech journals
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis methodologies
- Partner with R&D to de-risk long-term innovation portfolios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or emerging technology roles
- Published research in at least two peer-reviewed futures journals
- Proficiency in trend-mapping tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning Platform)
- Deep knowledge of exponential tech convergence patterns
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-critical projects implemented
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
