- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future market demands

- Manage relationships with academic institutions and R&D partners to secure next-gen IP

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, emerging tech consulting, or innovation management
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, synthetic biology, quantum systems)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in strategic forecasting methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, etc.)
