Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Develop actionable roadmaps for emerging tech integration (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future market demands
- Produce executive-ready future-state briefings with data-driven insights and risk mitigation strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to shape next-gen R&D priorities
- Monitor geopolitical, environmental, and socioeconomic shifts affecting long-term business resilience
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed future-thinking across organizational DNA
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused research roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and megatrend identification
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, clean tech, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementation
- Experience working with global cross-cultural teams in tech-forward environments
