Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop corporate foresight frameworks using scenario planning and probabilistic modeling
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype 2026-viable technologies
- Design ethical governance protocols for emerging AI-human interfaces
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Author thought leadership for industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Futures Studies
- Published work on quantum computing or AGI ethics (IEEE, Nature)
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, custom ML models)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Deep understanding of Web3, biotech convergence, and human augmentation
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ years of 2020+ trend accuracy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (WFS or APF preferred)
